Terms and Conditions for Window Tinting Services

1. Introduction

Welcome to Super Tints. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our window tinting services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Compliance with State Laws

Our Services are provided in compliance with the window tinting laws of the state of New Jersey. It is the responsibility of the customer ("you", "your") to ensure that your vehicle complies with these regulations.

3. Service Description

We provide professional window tinting services for vehicles, including the application of various types of tint films as per customer specifications, within the limits allowed by New Jersey state law.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

- **Appointments**: Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone.

- **Cancellations**: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Warranty and Maintenance

- **Warranty**: We offer a 60 day warranty on our window tinting services, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, or other external factors.

- **Maintenance**: Proper care must be taken to ensure the longevity of the window tint. We will provide you with maintenance instructions upon completion of the service. Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.

6. Limitations of Liability

- **Compliance**: While we strive to ensure compliance with New Jersey state laws, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure your vehicle meets legal requirements. We are not liable for any fines or penalties incurred due to non-compliance.

- **Damage**: We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising from the use of our Services, except where such damage is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Payment Terms

- **Pricing**: Prices for our Services are provided at the time of booking and are subject to change. 

- **Payment**: Payment is due upon completion of the service. Vehicle will be released once payment is satisfied in full.

- **Refunds**: Refunds are not provided unless the service rendered is proven to be defective or not as described.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Dispute Resolution

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

Deposits will only be refunded if:

- Appointment is cancelled with at least 48hrs of notice from customer.

- Cancelation fee of $50.00 is applicable for any and all cancelations.

- If you arrive for your appointment late, we may not be able to complete your vehicle until the following business day. 

- Once the tint is installed there will be no refunds issued for any reason.


Any missed appointments will result in forfeiture of your deposit. We respect your schedule so please respect ours.


Any installation defects will be corrected within 60 days after installation. If installation defects arise post the 60 day threshold, we will review thoroughly before approving any refund.


Any defects from material fail will be covered under supplier warranty.
